With my local knowledge and friendship with fellow suppliers I will be able to pass on suggestions of who would be suitable to fulfil your style, budget and unique requirements. I obtain quotes, make necessary bookings and coordinate all details with each and every person involved.

I collate information into a document and work on an order of events with you, for you, your suppliers, the venue and of course me so that on the day we are all on exactly the same page and all details are finely covered.

On the day myself or my professional staff will be there as much or as little as required to ensure everything is set up perfectly and runs smoothly. All you need to do is get ready, be in the magical moment and enjoy your celebration of love.

Gem Events Management is delighted work with the team at the beautiful Happs Winery, Margaret River to provide and coordinate a relaxed, elegant and picturesque venue for weddings and functions.

The Happs Estate blends the natural beauty of the Australian bush with sweeping lawns and flowering native plants.
Set amongst the winery and pottery, the gardens offer breathtaking views to create your own unique photographic backdrops. Amphitheatres landscaped in the natural fall of the property provide the perfect setting for your ceremony and can cater for intimate occasions through to large, more formal receptions of up to 120 people.
We are also a dog friendly venue and are more than happy to have you share your special day with your favourite furry friend.

Gem Events Management has partnered with Robert Oatley winery to organise and manage all weddings onsite the beautiful grounds in the heart of the Margaret River region.

The cellar door building overlooks manicured lawns, a rose and jasmine-covered arbour in a beautiful garden containing over 1000 rose bushes. The lakeside location beside the rose garden provides the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony.

Rusty and Ali’s Wedding

Love is love and it sure was visible throughout the emotional and incredible celebration for these two beautiful men.

Living in California and choosing to hold their wedding in the Margaret River Region, I was delighted to assist them with all their special plans. The stunning grounds of Cape Lodge hosted the simple, elegant and touching ceremony held by Donna McClelland, followed by a delicious sit down shared feast in the Cape Lodge Restaurant overlooking the dam.

Beautifully captured by the talented and gorgeous Freedom Garvey Photography the photos show everything there was emotionally and physically.

A wine tour was organised for after lunch with Gannaways Charters to two lovely local wineries Happs Estate and Aravina Estate to have a tasting, tour and relaxing, fun filled afternoon.

PAULINA & ZEKE

Paulina & Zeke’s Wedding

The beautiful couple celebrated in style with their gorgeous family and friends at the stunning setting of Robert Oatley Winery. The romance was set as guests wandered through the rose garden with the music from the live string duo to arrive at the beautifully decorated ceremony arbour.

Sparkling wine was served in the garden followed by lawn games and delicious canapés up by the fairy lit, lounge and bar table set receptions area. Pisco Sours were a pleasantly enjoyed surprise by the dance floor to toast the newlyweds and despite the cold air they all partied on to dance up a storm.

A celebration it was for sure and a truly magical day for Paulina and Zeke.
